In my presentations I often ask the participants to focus on EXCELLENCE... Not on what the competition is doing, but, rather on what you need to do to provide the customer with an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE... Why would you want to be like eveyone else :-)???... Stay out the sea of sameness and swim in the talent pool of excellence!!!
